Tartaglia Style A (Rome), c.1920s, roundback, bound spruce top with inlaid t’shell pgd & fancy pearl rosette, fine rosewood bowl with tulipwood skirt, slim ebonised maple neck, extended & radiused ebony fbd with pearl dots, slotted phd with original bone button tuners, carved ebony bridge, signed label (no model number or date), some playwear but no cracks/repairs, a fine concert grade classical instrument made by Fernandino Devenuti of the Roman school of luthiers (in the style of Embergher, etc) and marketed by famed performer Giulio Tartaglia, great projection & full rich tone, VGC, OHC.
