Vega (Japan), c.1970s, dk stained mahogany, bound ebony fbd with pearloid hex inlays, alloy rim combined with archtop tonering & flange, geared tuners, chrome pltd hardware, far (east?) removed from USA made iconic brand but still a good sounding & easy playing lightweight example of bluegrass on a budget, EC, GB.
